Located right on the beach where the Harbor meets the sea, The Crow's Nest is one of Santa Cruz' most beloved restaurants. For over 55 years, guests have returned again and again for breathtaking panoramic views of Santa Cruz Harbor, lighthouse, and wharf, and to enjoy award-winning cuisine, spirits, and live entertainment. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our downstairs dining room offer fresh seafood, pasta creations, Midwestern aged beef, and daily chef's specials. Upstairs, the Breakwater Bar & Grill features a variety of appetizers and casual meals throughout the day, and dancing to live entertainment by night. On both levels, expansive shoreline decks offer a friendly, casual atmosphere, where rich woods, luminous works of glass art, and a unique collection of vintage surfboards and surfing photographs complete the unforgettable ambiance. The Crow's Nest is truly the flagship restaurant on the California coast.

The Upstairs Breakwater Bar & Grill boasts a breathtaking view from our 2nd story overlooking the Harbor and Monterey Bay. The grill is open all day featuring our Bar & Grill menu. The upstairs grill is open seating and no reservations are taken.
We offer the best happy hour in town, Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 6pm with discounted appetizers and drinks.
Wednesdays all night from 3 pm
We now have happy hour Sunday evenings from 7pm to close!

Our Beach Market opened in the summer of 2013. We offer wood-fired pizza, sandwiches, salads, soft-serve ice cream, beer, wine and beverages. The dock offers stunning views of the Santa Cruz Harbor and Walton Lighthouse. Our market shop has a unique selection of fine gifts, including beach supplies, toys, home decor, bath and body products, jewelry, and Crow’s Nest apparel.
